1 small pkg. Shoe Peg Corn (Frozen, NO Sauce)
1 stick margarine or Butter
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 small can Jalapeņo Peppers (drain & save juice
9" x 13" dish

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add corn, add diced peppers and some juice (1 to 2 tbsp.) Cut up cream cheese and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, take out of oven and mix.. Bake another 5 to 10 minutes.. Taste for flavor and add more juice if needed. Be careful adding juice, can always add as you heat and serve. Serve warm with corn chips or tortilla chips.
