1 Can Bean Dip (Refried Beans)
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 Pkg. Taco seasoning mix
2 chopped tomatoes
1 small onion (finely chopped)
8 oz. Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1 Small can chopped Green Peppers (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Night before making, mix the sour cream and seasoning mix and refrigerate. Next Day, spread bean dip in bottom of dish to form first layer. Spread the sour cream mixture as second layer.
Sprinkle the chopped onions, green chili peppers, tomatoes and cheese (in that order) Refrigerate until ready to serve. Dip with Tortilla chips.
