1/2 pound of bacon(8 slices)
chicken liver centers
cut 8 ounces of chicken livers into 24 pieces
1/2 cup French dressing
1/4 tsp garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees:
marinate livers in 1/2 cup French dressing and 1/4 tsp garlic salt for 15 min and drain
cut bacon slices into thirds
wrap around filling securing with toothpicks
arrange on broiler pan or on oven rack in shallow baking pan.
bake 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crisp
serve hot
