1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tsp. sugar
2 c. tomato juice or whole tomato
2 c. cold milk
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Add flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir and cook until bubbly. Add tomato juice slowly. Bring to a low boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir in cold milk and simmer.
