1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
5 frozen chicken breasts, partially thawed
1/2 package fajita seasoning mix
2 Tbsp. lemon pepper
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 can black beans, drained
1 fresh lime
Shredded cheese
Flour tortillas

Directions:

Cube partially frozen chicken breasts. Pour oil into skillet or wok. Add crushed garlic to oil and stir over medium high heat for 1 minute. Add cubed chicken pieces to oil and garlic; stir-fry until browned and fully cooked. Stir in lemon pepper. Add chopped peppers and onions; cover and continue to stir-fry until vegetables are cooked through. Add fajita seasoning mix and black beans. Stir together with the chicken mixture. Squeeze fresh lime into the mixture and toss together. Fill flour tortilla shells. Top mixture with cheese.
