2 Sticks Butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 t baking soda
2 t cinnamon
2 t vanilla
4 cups chopped apple
(1 cup nuts if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to butter, sugar, and eggs. Once mixed, add chopped apple. Bake in a greased and floured pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Yummy!

This is a yummy cake for any time of day. My mom made it when I was a child and now I make it for my son. Very moist and delicious!
