2 pounds Kraft American cheese
2 pounds of velveeta cheese
2 large packages of cream cheese
2 cups of pecans chopped
1 to 5 garlic buds minced ( or 8)
1//2 tsp red pepper ( 1 tbsp)

Have ingredients at room temperature, mix well and make into 6 or 7 rolls, roll in chili powder and store in refrigerator or may freeze
