1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine melted
1 egg
1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries chopped
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Lemon Streusel Topping: Combine
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
add 1 T. melted butter stir until crumbly

Lemon Glaze:
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 T. fresh lemon juice
Stir until smooth

Preheat oven 375. Paper line 2 1/2 inch muffin cups. Prepare lemon streusel topping and lemon glaze. Set aside.Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Combine milk, butter and egg in small bowl until well blended. Stir in flour mixture just until moistened. Fold in strawberries and lemon peel. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups and sprinkle with lemon streusel topping. Bake 20-25 minutes until pick comes out clean. Drizzle with lemon glaze.
