4-6 oz. Cream cheese -- cut in bits
1 c. Parmesan cheese -- grated
1/2 c. Butter or margarine
1/2 c. Half & Half (or milk)
8 oz. Fettuccine (or 16 to make it go further)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh or dried herbs to taste (i.e., oregano, basil, thyme)
2 grilled chicken breasts (optional)

Cook pasta -- drain in a large saucepan.
Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and
half and half, stirring constantly until smooth. Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well. Either chop up chicken and mix in or lay on top. Leftovers freeze well.

This is one of Tim's absolute favorites. It's really good and easy to whip up. The pasta takes longer to cook than the sauce so be sure to start it in advance. I always add chicken but I'm sure you can make it without it. Or for a special occasion I add shrimp! Enjoy!
