1 lb. hamburger
1 10 oz. can Old El Paso enchilada sauce (mild or hot)
1 pkg. flour soft shells
1 sm can chopped green chiles
8 oz. shredded cheese - cheddar or monterey jack

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain off grease. Add about 1/3 can of the enchilada sauce, green chiles and 3/4 cup of shredded cheese. Place mixture in the soft shells and roll up. Place in a greased baking dish. Spoon the remaining sauce over the soft shells. Top with remaining shredded cheese. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce and top with sour cream and diced tomatoes.
