1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. veg. oil
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan combine flour, salt and cream of tartar. Mix in water, oil and food coloring (of your choice). Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick (about 3 minutes). Store in zip-lock bag or any tightly-covered container in a cool place when not using.
