1 square baking chocolate (unsweetened)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave and set aside. Beat eggs and add sugar, flour and vanilla; mix well. Add chocolate mixture and mix together. Bake on a waffle iron at medium heat for 1-2 minutes, using 1 tsp. batter for each cookie.
