6 large pork chops
Cornbread dressing
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large stock pot, boil pork chops in salted water. When they are done (no longer pink), remove from pot, reserve pork stock for dressing.
Dressing: 1 cake cornbread, crumbled, 2 hard boiled eggs, diced, 1/2 c chopped onion, pork stock, salt and pepper to taste. Spread dressing in bottom of 9 x 13 pan, top with pork chops. Bake 25 min. 350º. Enjoy!

This was one of my favorite dishes that Cissi cooked for me. Of course, her Sputnik Balls were delicious too!!
