3 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 large 6 ounce can of French fried onion rings
1 and 1/2 c. of cooked chicken, cubed
1 (10 ounce) pkg. of frozen vegetables of your choice , cooked
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
1/4 c. of milk
1/2 tsp. of ground mustard
1/4 tsp. of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine the prepared mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 the can of onions.Spoon into greased casserole and spread across the bottom and up the sides to form a shell. Combine chicken, vegetables, soup, milk and seasoning. Pour into the potato shell. Cook for 30 minutes. Top with the remaining cheese and onions. Bake until the cheese is melted--about 5 - 10 minutes.
