Directions:
Rice:
Brown 1 cup rice, 1 tsp cumin and onions in a med. skillet. Be careful not to burn.
Add 1 regular size can of tomato sauce and salt.
Add 2 cups of water.
Bring to a boil. Boil for a few minutes then simmer for 15-20 minutes. I normally do not measure items, but I think this will work.

Beans
Pour 2 cans in a med pot on medium heat. Add cumin and bacon pieces. cook until beans are somewhat tender. Mash them until the consistency you please. Sprinkle with cheese. How ever much you like. I like my beans chunky but my girls like them mashed like potatoes. So its your choice.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Once the rice and beans are cooked, the best way to eat them are mixed up. Or wrap the beans in a tortilla with cheese and have a bean burrito.
Enjoy.
