1 packet ginger biscuits
large pot thick double cream
Amaretto liqueur
grated chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Put a small amount of Amaretto liqueur into a shallow dish.
Dip a biscuit into the liqueur and cover one side with cream.
Repeat, sandwiching each biscuit together to form a roll.
Continue until all biscuits have been added.
Cover with the remaining cream and sprinkle grated chocolate over the top.
Chill.

You have to work quickly to prevent the biscuits from becoming soggy!
You can use any plain sweet biscuits, such as malted milk or Rich Tea.
You can use your own choice of liqueur, such as Cointreau, or strong cold coffee, if you prefer.
I usually make one with liqueur and one without.
