1 cup Parmesan Romano cheese
1 jar of Ragu marinara
1 small can of Contadina tomato paste
2 1/2 pint carton of heavy cream
1 can whole peeled tomatoes or fresh
1 large tomatoes chopped medium. No seeds (rinse).
2 TBL chopped garlic - sautéed
2 shots of Vodka
1 1/2 pounds of penne pasta
Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients (except penne pasts) on low to medium stir frequently.

Boil pasta in separate pot.

Pour over pasta topped with more cheese.
