2 Rolls Choc. – chip slice & bake cookies
2 8oz. package Philadelphia cream cheese
3 Eggs
1 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Slice one roll choc. chip cookies very thin & completely cover pan (about 13” X 11” glass pan). Whip all other ingredients together & place evenly over top of sliced cookies. Slice second roll of choc. chip cookies & place on top of filling. Bake at 350º for 35 to 45 min. or more, until lightly brown. Completely cool, then refrigerate. Cut in squares and serve.
