6 pork chops
Honey Dijon mustard
salt
1/2 cup cream
oil
flour for dredging

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in heavy skillet. Heat until it sizzles (don't burn!). Dredge salted chops in flour and brown on both sides. Remove and put in baking dish. In the oil add about 2 Tablespoons mustard. Mix with the oil; add cream to make a sauce. Pour over chops and bake until done. Great for chicken too!
