Fish filets
Lemon juice
Sliced onion
Salt and pepper
Lemon pepper (optional)
Parmesan cheese
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place single layer of fish filets in a baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper (lemon pepper is optional). Top with sliced onions and pats of butter. Bake at 350º until fish is tender. Remove some of the liquid from the pan and sprinkle with parmesan cheese (grated or shredded). Put back in oven and broil until cheese is bubbly.
