1 pkg. coleslaw mix
1 pkg. chicken flavor Ramen noodles, broken up
Chopped onion (optional)
Sliced almonds
Sunflower nuts

1/3 cup oil
1-2 T. vinegar
2 T. sugar
Seasoning pack from Ramen noodles
1-2 tsp. soy sauce

Mix dressing ingredients together and refrigerate. 1/2 to 1 hour before serving, toss with the coleslaw mix. Add the ramen noodles and nuts. If desired, you may toast these ahead of time for added flavor.
