1 c. instant mashed potatoes
1/3 c. fry magic
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
Salad supreme
Cayenne pepper
Lemon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine instant mashed potatoes mix, fry magic and lemon pepper to form a dry mix - put in a shaker container. Next, form a liquid mixture by mixing the egg and milk. Soak the walleye fillets in the liquid mixture. Then put in the dry mixture container. Shake the container so all fillets are covered with dry mix. Deep fry in oil at 375 º - 400º until the fillets are dark brown. Take fillets out and sprinkle salad supreme on one side of the fillets. Flip the fillets over and sprinkle cayenne pepper and lemon pepper onto the other side of the fillets. Let cool and enjoy.
