2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 lime, juiced
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1/4 seedless cucumber, peeled and chopped small
1 pound cooked small to medium shrimp- tails removed
Salt
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1/2 head iceberg lettuce cut into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the honey, soy, lime juice and oils in a medium bowl. Add cucumbers and shrimp and toss to coat. Season the salad with salt and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve shrimp salad with lettuce wedges. Wrap spoonfuls of salad with lettuce piece and enjoy.
