1/4 lb. jalapeno cheese
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup chopped onion
2 Cups Half and Half
1 box Frozen Chopped Broccoli
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Cans Chicken Broth
1 lb crawfish tails

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and drain broccoli. Saute onion in buttter until clear, add flour and mix well (making light roux) Add chicken broth and stir until thickened and smooth. Stir in cream and cheese. Stir until smooth - add broccoli, seasonings and crawfish - heat until warm.

MMMMMmmmm! For everyone in the South - you know where to get your crawfish - for those of you up North - they now sell packs of crawfish tails in many stores - WalMart usually carries it - even though it is usually from China instead of Louisiana.
