2 cups corn meal
1 cup flour self rising
2 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp Wesson oil (heat in pan)

In mixing bowl add the above ingredients. Pre-heat oven to 400º.Bake for 45 minutes.
