1 pint Whipping Cream
1 lb cranberries (fresh)
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup pecans
3 or 4 cups red grapes

Directions:
Directions:
Grind cranberries. Mix with sugar. Refrigerate over night. The next day drain cranberries, cut grapes in half. Mix all together, whip cream and fold in fruit.

Whipping cream: Chill metal bowl and beaters
before whipping. Pour whipping cream into chilled bowl. Beat until fairly stiff while adding 1/2 cup confectioners sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Do not beat too long as it will turn into butter.

This is a wonderful recipe that my friend Eleanor Fietz gave me. The reason we know so much about whipping cream is Martha got a special lesson on this when she was a young bride. (Hint)
