Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2- 8 oz. packs of Cream Cheese
1- tbsp, crushed red pepper
3/4- cup of Parmesan cheese (the kind you put on pizza)
2- tsp garlic powder
1- cup frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained
1- can of artichoke hearts, chopped on cutting board (don't discard the juice in the can quite yet)
**salt and pepper
1- bag of tostada/dipping chips

Directions:
Directions:
First, start boiling water and cook the spinach; as that is cooking, melt the cream cheese of the stove on low-med (if you cut it in blocks it melts faster and easier)..just remember to stir quite often so it doesn't burn in the pan; as that is melting, start taking the artichokes out of the can and dice those up on a cutting board.
Once, the cheese has melted, add in the Parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper and garlic powder and mix well... then begin adding your drained spinach and artichokes.. continue mixing... add salt and pepper to taste. (just remember that the crushed red pepper will heat up after it settles in (approx. 5 min.) now use the juice in the artichoke can to make thinner if you choose) I sometimes add fresh shredded Parmesan on top. Serve warm with your favorite tostada/dipping chip! .... enjoy! ©
