one package boneless skinless chicken breast
flour tortillas
one small can green chilies
one chopped onion
one large carton fat free sour cream
2 packages Mexican shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
cook the chicken breasts in the oven with some barbecue or terriaki sauce mixed with some chicken stock. This helps keep the meat moist
(30 min at 350º) cut to check doneness
When the chicken is cool so you can handle it, cut or pull it into pieces and put in a large bowl. Add chilies,sour cream,onions, and cheese. Mix all together. Wrap a large spoon full of this in a tortilla and place in a zip lock bag or a Pyrex dish with the seam down.

these tortillas can be frozen and cooked one at the time or all together in a Pyrex dish. Microwave also works for a single serving. Serve with picante sauce
