12 Large Sweet Red Peppers (Seeds Removed)
1 T Salt
3 c White sugar
2 c White Vinegars

Directions:
Directions:
Put peppers through chopper. Sprinkle with salt and let stand 2-3 hours. Drain. Add 3 cups white sugar and 2 cups white vinegar. Cook until it thickens - about 1 hour.
