1 cup rice
2 cups water
½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
whole milk
cinnamon
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, water, butter and pinch of salt in medium covered saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover and reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Fluff rice and add enough whole milk to cover. Add sugar and stir well. Bring mixture to a slow simmer and continue to cook, covered over low heat for another 5 to 10 minutes, watching carefully not to scald milk. Remove from heat and spoon into bowl or individual servings. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon to taste.
