1 c. All-Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
4 tbsp. Melted Butter
2/3 c Milk mixed with 2/3 c Water
1 pinch Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put the flour and salt in a bowl. Add the eggs and some of the milk-water and whisk in the flour gradually. Then gradually pour the remaining milk-water in, whisking until well mixed in. Add half of the melted butter and whisk again. Spray a frying pan and heat. Pour in 2 tbsp of batter. Spread a thin layer of batter on the bottom of the pan. Cook the crêpe for about 1 minute, flip, and cook for 10 more seconds. Repeat with remaining batter.
