1 lb. fresh spinach
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 green onions, thinly sliced (including tops)
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped

DRESSING
6 T. salad oil
2 T. lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1 clove garlic, pressed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. dry mustard

DRESSING: Place dressing ingredients in electric blender. Blend a few seconds until smooth.

Combine salad ingredients together and toss with dressing.
