30 lbs corn (or scratch feed corn, hops, barley)
30 gallons of water
30 lbs Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water to dissolve sugar. Add scratch. Stir good every day for 4 or 5 days. You can see it is working when it starts to bubble. After it stops bubbling, put it into kegs or jugs. In the winter it may take 7-8 days for the process.
