2/3 cup finely chopped carrots
2/3 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
4 cups chicken bouillon from cubes
1/4 lb. butter
2/3 cup flour

2/3 cup velveeta cheese
1/2 cup beer
2 tsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook veggies in chicken broth from 10 minutes. Brown butter and flour together until bubbles then add to veggies. Melt velveeta into soup. Then add beer and parsley.
