Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage, uncooked
3 c. Bisquick
10-oz. pkg. sharp cheese, grated
1 tsp. cayenne pepper, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into small bite-sized balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes.
(I like Jimmy Dean "Hot" sausage for these. However, if I'm making them for my grandchildren, I use the "Regular" variety instead of the "hot".)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
These have become a family tradition on Christmas morning. We grab sausage balls, a slice of warm, toasted Christmas stolen, and a cup of coffee and head to the "front porch" where we spend hour opening presents! GREAT family time!
