"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Prepare enough rice to make 3 - 4 c. cooked. In a skillet using non-stick spray, saute sausage, onions, pepper and celery until veggies are tender. Add tomatoes, juice and seasonings. Fold in cooked rice and heat through.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a Hillshire Farmsİ recipe. I like to use brown rice, lite kielbasa and double the veggies. Easy to spice up with more cayenne, hot peppers or hot sauce. Can use more or less rice. Serves 6 - 8.
