3 bananas
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 cup flour
4 tbsp. oleo, melted (1/2 stick)
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, add oleo. Mash bananas and add. Mix sugar, flour, soda, and salt. Add to mixture. Add pecans and mix. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Makes 1 loaf.
