32 chocolate kisses, unwrapped
1 (11 1/2 oz) pkg. short-bread fudge striped cookies
1 orange or red tube icing
Directions:
Directions:
Attach a chocolate kiss to the bottom of each cookie using the decorative icing. Pipe decorating icing around the base of the chocolate kiss.
Makes 32 witches hats.
