Meat balls:
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/8 cup bread crumbs
cut and set aside
3 green onions
1 green or red pepper

3/4 cup or 174 ml can of pineapple chunk's
reserve 1/3 cup of juice
3/4 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp. corn starch
3/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup soya sauce

Mix hamburger, egg, and bread crumbs together.
Roll into balls and cook.
slice green onions and pepper, set aside.

Mix all sauce ingredients together and microwave on high for 7 - 11 min, stirring every so often.
Pour over meat balls and green onion and pepper.
Microwave on high for another 6 - 8 minutes.
Serve over hot rice.
