Cake:
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup Hershey cocoa
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp vanilla

Frosting:
1/2 cup butter
2 Tbsp cocoa
3 Tbsp milk
Powdered sugar
Splash of brewed coffee (secret ingredient)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.

Grease and flour 9x13 cake pan. Pour cake batter in and bake at 350º for @ 45 minutes.

Frosting: In a saucepan, heat butter, cocoa, milk until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add enough powdered sugar to make desired consistency of thick, spreadable frosting. Stir in a splash of brewed coffee. Spread on cake.
