Winter Fruit Salad Recipe

1 head romaine lettuce
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 apple cubed
1 pear cubed

1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp grated onion
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 to 2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Combine the lettuce, cashews, cranberries, apple and pear.

Mix the dressing ingredients except for the poppy seeds in a blender. Add poppy seeds to dressing and toss with salad.
