Sauce:
1/2 cup melted margarine
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

7 to 12 potatoes

Topping:
2 Tbsp margarine
2 cups bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender, peel and grate. (Enough to almost fill 9x13 pan).

Mix other ingredients and pour over the top of grated potatoes and mix in. Stir 2 tablespoons melted margarine into 2 cups bread crumbs and spread over top.

Bake 30 minutes at 350º. If made ahead and refrigerated, heating through takes additional time.

*Can substitute frozen hash brown "chunks" for fresh potatoes.
