1 part salt
10 parts water
¼ - ½ c. vinegar

Garlic cloves
Fresh Dill
Green beans
Cauliflower
Onion chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch beans (the beans only - to get the "fuzz" off of them) by dipping in strainer into boiling water for about 1½ minutes. Dip in cold water.
Press heads of dill and garlic cloves into the bottom of a jug. Alternate with layers of vegetables, ending with a layer of garlic and dill. Fill the jus with liquid - submerge all, cover with a lid. Refrigerate.
