1 lb. ground beef
one piece of soft, white bread
one egg
1/3 cup parmesean cheese (to taste)
Italian seasoning (to taste)
Lawrys seasoning salt
Cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread in egg and mix in with the meat.
Stir in cheese and seasonings.
Form into meatballs.
Roll meatballs in flour with Lawry's salt.
Cook in oil on stove until done, stirring frequently
