Packet Just Roll flaky pastry (allowed to thaw and roll)
1lb sausage meat
1 onion chopped
5 slices bacon, chopped
4-5oz mushrooms, chopped
seasoning, bouquet garni, can be added

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Roll the flaky pastry into a rectangular shape.
Place mixture in centre, leaving a space top and bottom.
Bring left half of pastry and right to meet in the middle of mixture.
Seal edges with egg or milk.
Cut with knife along pie, for cooking.
Brush top with egg or milk.
Cook in a moderate oven for 30 minutes, or until pie is light brown.
