1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups vanilla wafers
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Vanilla ice cream

Whipped cream
Honey

Deep fat frying oil

Directions:
Directions:
Make ice cream into balls and freeze one hour.

Mix ingredients together from first group. Coat balls with mixture and freeze balls again for another hour.

Mix ingredients together from second group. Coat balls with mixture and refreeze for several hours.

Fry in deep fat frying oil at 375º for 15 seconds or until golden brown.

Drain on paper towel.

Serve with whipped cream and honey.
