2 large cupfuls of cooked chicken
1/2 head celery
1 small green pepper
1 medium onion
1/2 can concentrated chicken soup
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
juice of 1/2 lemon

Topping
5oz grated cheese
cup of crushed potato crisps

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into small pieces.
Chop celery, pepper and onion finely.
Combine the chicken, vegetables, soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and seasoning in a large bowl and stir well.
Put mixture into a heatproof dish and smooth over.
Make the topping by combining the cheese and crushed crisps.
Distribute the topping over mixture and cook in the oven for 375ºF (180ºC) 35 minutes.
