SALAD:
1 pkg. spinach
6 slices of bacon
1 apple
1 hard boiled egg
1 red onion, thin
1/2 cup chopped pecans

DRESSING:
4 oz. blue cheese crumbled
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry de-stem spinach.
Crumble 6 slices of cooked/drained bacon.
Slice apple.
Chop hard-boiled egg.
Slice onion, thin.
Chop pecans.

Combine all ingredients.

Combine ingredients for dressing and pour over salad.
