6 c. Hungry Jack Instant Mashed Potatoes
1 can chicken broth
2 cups water
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1/2 tsp. Course Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. Chives fresh or freeze dried
1/4 tsp. parsley
1 can evaporated milk
5-6 c. of whole Milk
Salt to taste

Boil water, chicken broth, butter,
Place all other ingredients in a large bowl except milk.
Add boiling mixture to bowl ,add can milk and about halve of the whole milk .
Whip until smooth; add the rest of the whole milk as needed.
Top with a little sprinkle of paprika to decorate.
(When I use fresh chives, I like to boil them with the butter and chicken broth mixture a little to soften.)
