2 lbs sausage
1 cup onion
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 t. tobasco
4 cups Bisquit
1/2 cup Mayo
1 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage with onion. Mix Bisquick with milk and mayo and milk.

After sausage is cooked mix in tobasco, swiss, parmesan and eggs to the sausage.

Pour one half of the Bisquick mixture on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan - pour sausage mixture on top of that - then pour remaining Bisquick mixture on top of the sausage - spread out - best you can to cover sausage stuff.

Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes - or until golden brown on top.

This is THE recipe - I make it all of the time - especially if company is coming - you can make ahead of time and freeze or put in the fridge the day before you want to cook - Mom started making it many years ago - for Christmas and Thanksgiving mornings - the whole family is hooked!
